GIVERS NEVER LACK
MATHEW 10:42 “Whoever welcomes you welcomes me; and whoever welcome me welcomes the one who sent me”.
There is reward in giving to God, when you give to God, you can never lack, God love and take notice of people who give and help others. It is a good thing to give to the lord, your gift and cheerfulness and disposition to God will stir him to do wonders for you. Givers never lack because God will always provide for them, Give your life to God and work for him and for the church. If you take care to promote God’s church, his Gospel and be concerned about the growth and well being of the church of God, he will bless and guide you; God will be your shepherd to provide all your needs.
MALACHI 3:10, Bring the full amount of your tithes to the temple, so that there will be plenty of food there. Put me to test and you will see that I will open the windows of heaven and pour out on you in abundance of all kinds of good things.
One of the ways of giving to God is through tithe; tithe is giving to God one tenth of your income or produce. When you give God your tithe, God blesses you in return, the windows of heaven must open for your sake and the blessing of God will be given to you because you obey his voice and commandment of God to pay your tithe as at when due, protection and security of God will be your portion as a tither. Once you become a tither, those who have good relationship with God and have foresight and have faith in giving according to the word of God should pay their tithe without questioning because they will reap abundantly harvest of prosperity and success. Paying of tithe is like sowing a seed which in due time you reap abounding harvest of success, tithe payment is a channel of wealth opener. Start paying your tithe, heavenly treasures will be release to you, with adequate divine protection and security. All the people who paid tithe in the bible received abundant blessings. The Lord prospered them. All that God gave them were secured and was permanent. They were secured and were not losers; they were all winners, they were delivered from their enemies. The Lord made them victorious and gave them the grace and power to succeed in all their endeavours.
GENESIS 14:20, May the most High God, who gave you victory over your enemies, be praised!” And Abram gave Melchizedek a tenth of all the loot he had recovered.
Abraham was honest with God, he paid his tithe correctly, one-tenth of all the booties to the man of God, the priest Melchizedek.
Give your one-tenth of all your incomes and profits to God so that you will achieve progress and success in all your lives endeavours. God bless those who pay tithes. Miracles are for those who obey the principles of God’s word. Go into a church and find out those who have been paying tithes. Go ahead and start paying tithe, remove doubt from your mind and watch out, because you listen to God and obey him, he will bless you.
GENESIS 28:21-22 21And if I return safely to my father’s home, then you will be my God. 22This memorial stone which I have setup will be the place where you are worshipped, and I will give you a tenth of everything you give me”.
God prospered Jacob in the house of Laban. He returned successfully back to his father’s house. He went to Laban’s house empty hands but when he returned back, he had a lot of wealth, was bless in all things and abundant wealth far richer than Esau and men of his time. His promise or vow to pay his tithe changed his destiny for good. Your destiny will change for better from hence forth if you start paying your tithe. The blessing of God will locate you as obedient child.
PROVERBS 19:17 When you give to the poor, it is like lending to the Lord, and the Lord will pay you back.
Another vital means of giving to God is by helping others, giving to the poor; for when you give to the poor, it is like you lending to God and he will bless you in return. God take notice of works of charity. It is good thing to help others. All the people who give to the poor and help others in the bible, God visited them and bless them, when they needed help; God was there to help them.
ACT 10:30-31 30Cornelius said, “It was about this time three days ago that I was praying in my house at three O’clock in the afternoon. Suddenly a man dressed in shining clothes stood in front of me 31and said “Cornelius!” God has heard your prayer and has taken notice of your works of charity.
God is good. Cornelius was a man who was in good relationship with God, he was a Gentile, who live in Caesarea, who was a captain in the Roman regiment called the Italian Regiment”
Cornelius was a religious man, he and his family worshiped God. He also did much to help the Jewish poor people and was constantly praying to God. Cornelius received divine visitation from God, nothing is hidden before God, he knows all things, and God knows the secret thought of man. God saw how Cornelius helps the Jewish poor people and God notice Cornelius works of charity and blessed him with his household in return.
ACT 9:36-41 36In Joppa there was a woman named Tabitha, who was a believer (Her name in Greek is Dorcas, meaning “deer”). She spent all her time doing good and helping the poor. 37At that time she became ill and died. Her body was washed and laid in a room upstairs. 38Joppa was not very far from Lydda, and when the believers in Joppa heard that Peter was in Lydda, they sent two men to him with message, “Please hurry and come to us”. 39So Peter got ready and went with them. When he arrived, he was taken to the room upstairs, where all the widows crowded round him, crying and showing him all the shirts and coats that Dorcas had made while she was alive. 40Peter put them all out of the room, and knelt down and prayed; then he turned to the body and said, “Tabitha, get up!” she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up. 41Peter reached over and helped her get up. Then he called all the believers, including the widows, and presented her alive to them.
God is good; Dorcas was a devoted Christian who has passion for doing good and helping others. At a time Dorcas became sick and she died. This was a woman who loves to help others, who gave clothes to the needy and meets the needs of others. She died, the people she helped was sad, they wonder how could such a nice person like her died like that, then they looked for way to help her, they sent for Peter, when Peter came he saw and heard of all the good things she has been doing for people, God brought her back to life through Peter prayer, she was saved.
No person who works for the good of others will ever remain wretched. Do something good for someone. Help others to reach their goals and aspiration and watch out for your incredible success that will stand the test of time.
I KING 17:10-16 10So, Elijah went to Zarephath, and as he came to the gate of the town, he saw a widow gathering firewood “Please bring me a drink of water”, he said to her. 11And as she was going to get it, he called out, “And please bring me some bread, too” 12She answered, By the living Lord your God I swear that I have not got any bread. All I have is a handful of flour in a bowl and a drop of olive oil in a jar. I came here to gather some firewood to take back home and prepare what little I have for my son and me. That will be our last meal and then we will starve to death”. 13“Don’t worry”, Elijah said to her “Go ahead and prepare your meal. But first make a small loaf from what you have and bring it to me, and then prepare the rest for you and your son. 14for this is what the Lord, the God of Israel says: “The bowl will not run out of flour nor did the Jar run out of oil.
This was a woman that received God blessing because she was generous. She was able to give from the little she has, and believe in God, God turn everything around for her good, God move her from the condition of little flour and oil to abundance, where she can never go hungry again, because of her generous act, praise God, she helped Elijah by feeding him from the little she had, and n return God helped her and changed the little she had into abundance. God is good; when you give to God you are not giving in vain, for God who created the heaven and earth will reward you.
LUKE 6:38 Give to others, and God will give to you. Indeed you will receive a full measure, a generous helping, poured into your hands – all that you can hold.
Always have this in mind that whenever you give to God and to others that God will give back to you. God honour his word, your visit to my website is not by chance God has a plan for you, he want you to be knowledgeable about giving to him, God want to bless you, he want to enrich you with his word, God want to bring you out of lack, and put you in a place of abundance.
As long as you trust God and live according to his will and obey all his laws including tithing, he is always there for you, to freely give you everything that you desired, God will not withhold his blessings from you, he will raise you from grass to grace, from glory to glory and absolute success will be your portion in life in Jesus name Amen.
Tithes and giving is one great secret of success. Perfect yourself in the practical habit of practicing tithe payment to church and acts of giving much back to God and working to help others around you and far away. You will discover breakthrough and divine support. This will make you not only walking, running into success but God’s blessings will speed you up to success.
PRAYERS
Heavenly father, my Lord and my God, preserve my life and favour me in all things. Give me the grace and the heart to pay my tithe regularly. And help me to become a giver, a blessing to all in Jesus name. Protect and provide for all my needs as I start paying my tithes from henceforth. Bless the labour of my hands as I give my best to the betterment of others in Jesus name. Amen.
